1 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Elon Sport platform (elonsport.app) and all its services. By using our website or mobile app, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
2. If a match is cancelled or fewer overs are played than scheduled, bets will be automatically voided and refunded.
3. If a bet is lost due to a connection issue during live betting, it will be settled based on the last recorded state in the system.
4. If match-fixing or unusual outcomes are suspected, Elon Sport reserves the right to suspend or void the relevant bet.
5. A maximum bet limit is set for each event and may vary depending on your account level.
6. Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Elon Sport has specific rules governing deposits and withdrawals that all users must follow. These rules are essential for ensuring secure and efficient transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Own Payment Method: Only bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Process: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. During peak hours, processing may take slightly longer.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Anti-Money Laundering: In the case of suspicious transactions, Elon Sport reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

4. A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within a maximum of 14 business days.
